"Complex aromas of cherry paste, rose hips, hibiscus potpourri, and light game make for a heady nose on this bottling from a historic vineyard south of Hollister. The palate adds persistent acidity and a firm texture to the equation, giving a long life to the red fruit, dank herb, and gamy meat flavors. Drink now–2040.
